I wish I could even call back and say I have an S300 but I don't have a serial number that would pass for that unit. She took my contact information and said she couldn't make any promises so at this point I would have to say it's looking bleak. She said that only the S300 and S510 have Vista 圆4 support and all she could do was put a request forward to her boss concerning the issue. I was very polite and informed the representative that several users have reported success with the S300 software working with the S500 scanner in Vista 64-bit, and all she could tell me is she's not authorized to give me the S300 software. I, too, have contacted Fujitsu to no avail. The box opened after the scan asking me to rename the file, which iĭid, and then tried to save it to a folder.
It seemed to work fine until i tried to find any scans!
